I happily rented one of Gemini’s downtown St. Louis apartments for 1.5 years. I’ve lived in numerous apartments across different regions and states, but Gemini’s apartments were by far my favorite renting experience. All units were newly renovated with a dishwasher and laundry machine, super clean, secure, and decently spacious. As a St. Louis native, it’s awesome to see modern style apartments being built downtown. Sure, it’s a small town with limited things to do, but if you want a “downtown” experience with the ability to walk to restaurants and the gym across the street, definitely consider Gemini’s apartments in St. Louis (or even Ithaca). I'm only rating five stars right now because our experience here has been "pretty good". Apartment is a little smaller than I'd personally like living with two kids and my husband. But for the price I guess I can't really complain..

Renting from them, I don't know anyone else better to go through, any problems at all they get their guys out to your house asap, and their pet policy is the best I have ever encountered.
