Based on the reviews, Matelski Plumbing & Heating provides outstanding craftsmanship and superb quality of work. The team, including Chad, Leah, and Jake, is described as amazing, extremely professional, and personal every step of the way. They are a conscientious pair of tradespeople who are super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and genuinely friendly. Customers received nothing but attentive and prompt communication throughout the entire job. The team handled complicated installations, such as a boiler in an older house that other larger companies said was not doable, and a “tankless” water heater. They also uninstalled a rather complicated faulty kitchen faucet and replaced it in a timely manner, and replaced a trap for a tub that wouldn’t drain. When a furnace and plumbing acted up at the same time, they showed up fast and handled everything without any stress. One customer woke up to no hot water during a family memorial service, and Jake arrived and began troubleshooting. Customers trust the team and will never call anyone else for help. Highly recommended for all plumbing needs.
Had the best experience with Chad and Leah.
They installed a boiler in our older house when other larger companies from the area said it wasnt doable. I didn't think it was doable honestly.
If you are looking at doing a project, don't think twice about calling.
You won't find a more conscientious pair of tradespeople. That's really all you need to know.

Outstanding craftsmanship, quality of work was superb! The team of Chad, Jake and Leah were great to work with, the service was extremely professional and personal every step of the way! We receive nothing but attentive and prompt communication throughout the entire job. After a major decision to go with the “tankless” water heater, the Matelski Plumbing team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on ensuring we were getting the best product and service for our home and budget (they even cleaned up a couple of plumbing issues in my 100-year-old house while they were on-site).
