We used Jess today, on our new build home. While most people would not think to use an inspector on a brand new home, we are so glad we did. She found issues not only hidden to the naked eye, but large issues that will cause costly issues down the road. She left no stone unturned, looking at our drywall, our flooring, our windows, our cabinets, our plumbing, hvac, attic, everything. Sadly, she found at least one issue in every aspect of our home. We feel so much more comfortable heading into our closing fully prepared to negotiate for fixes, price decreases, etc. While we are surely sad about the level of issues on our home, we could not have imagined a better inspector doing this for us.
