“My mom has been a regular at 865 West for years and she is always telling me about her visits to the "beauty parlor" as she calls it. She adores the staff and how they do her blowouts, color, and cuts. She sees several different stylists and is a fan of them all. I know she appreciates that she can see anyone there and they are cool with that. On a recent visit to Michigan, I accompanied my mom and got a blowout myself. I was with Amy and she was outstanding! We chatted throughout the time I was there and it was just super comfortable... the time flew by! It was affordable (even moreso for me as my mom did treat me this time), and the blowout lasted for several days... (It's amazing how much a blowout can make one feel so much better!) The salon has a convenient parking lot and everyone there is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this locally owned business and am so glad my mom has this place nearby. I'll definitely return on future visits as well!“

“The space is comfortable and cosy. All staff was super friendly. Lydia did a great job on my hair. I did my roots and toner to neutralize some highlights. The toner went a little dark that I expected but not bad. Also a little more expensive that I was expecting ( my fault - I did not ask prices before), but more a less the same cost than other hairstylists.“
