Ian was awesome. We had several other people come out but he is the only one that actually listened to what I had to say and found the problems. He went above and beyond got into the crawl space when no one else would and even changed my thermostat batteries when he noticed they were low and that’s not even what we called him out for. What a gem.
We moved in a while ago and realized we hadn’t done the appropriate maintenance on our HVAC system in a bit, so I decided to call these guys because they left a service sticker on our unit, so glad I did! After speaking to a very kind lady in the office I was able to get my account updated and schedule an appointment for the next business day! John came out and he’s a treat. He clearly explained everything that was going on, and made sure that I understood the process. He didn’t have the right filter in his truck and made sure to get one for us before he signed off on the job. He was kind to our many animals and cleaned up after himself as needed. Never had a guy like Nick. He was so thorough and was here for along time checking out our 2 furnaces. Not a pushy guy like most. We thought he was very knowledgeable. Only trust Sun Heating to handle our home
