Received an great massage from Aaron. He evaluated me before the massage. He asked me what my needs were. He asked how much pressure he should use. On all aspects I was pleased by his professionalism as well as the massage itself. I highly recommend him.
I’ve been working with Frankie at Muscle Care, Inc./Red Light Health, and she has been amazing. I came in dealing with muscle pain from working out, and she really took the time to understand what was going on and target the problem areas. After just a few sessions, I noticed a huge difference in how my body feels—less tightness, less pain, and quicker recovery.
