Dr Kassab is an excellent podiatrist. All treatments have been very effective and she is a very caring person. Her staff is excellent - very competent, pleasant, and helpful. I feel fortunate to have found such a great podiatry office.

My pcp referred me here, and the staff is very professional as well as helpful. Dr. Kasob took really good care of me and my needs. She went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate it. The office looks very nice & clean.

Dr. Kassab is WONDERFUL. She saw my daughter who is only 19 mo old. She’s so good with kids, she diagnosed her condition, we bought the inserts needed right in her office. The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is clean and pleasant. She spent so much time with us answering all of our questions. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for an educated, professional podiatrist.

I hate leaving bad reviews, especially since the office staff was so good. Unfortunately my experience with the doctor outweighs any good the office staff did, as I won’t allow my daughter to be treated the way the doctor treated her. My daughter isn’t even 2 years old yet, and had had a traumatic doctor experience the previous day. I even mentioned this to the doctor, but when my daughter was crying and fighting getting her toenails clipped the doctor’s response was “She can’t be crying. Next time she isn’t allowed to cry. She shouldn’t be crying. This isn’t appropriate”. She has also made me wait multiple months to do pretty much anything for a possible toenail fungus on my daughter’s foot. It wasn’t until I pushed for some sort of temporary solution to try and help it not to spread that I was given anything at all. I needed to calm my daughter down after getting her toenails trimmed because the office is small and I didn’t want her crying to disturb any other patients, so I turned on ms. Rachel for a short time (this is a very rare occurrence for us, it’s reserved for specific occasions) and the doctor came in and told me that I shouldn’t be letting my daughter watch a show, it’s addictive and not a good choice to allow. It felt very shaming to hear from someone that I didn’t even ask for an opinion on that. I’m a mom just trying to make it through a tough day with my daughter.
I just wouldn’t recommend you bring small children here if they’re going to have a reaction that’s anything other than just sitting there quietly the entire time and not behaving like most small children do, especially after having a scary doctors visit previously. If it was just the office staff, I’d come back in a heartbeat. They were so kind to my daughter and she even let them hug her and hold her. I wish I could say more good things. But the doctor is lucky to have such kind and dedicated office staff. It unfortunately doesn’t balance out the less than stellar treatment we got from the doctor herself.
*edit to add: I just saw that the business responded to me two weeks ago, so I apologize that I haven’t gotten back to them until now. I appreciate the thought out response, although a bit invalidating of the experience.

Dr Kassab is awesome! In fact, the entire staff is wonderful. Dr Kassab was knowledgeable and experienced plus she was very gentle when I was nervous. Despite having a toenail removed, it was actually an enjoyable office visit. I definitely recommend Dr Kassab

Dr. Kassab is the best food doctor in the United States! Probably in the world! I only trust her with my feet she is very kind and compassionate, takes her time with every patient as if they were her own family. Dr kassab is a wonderful and caring doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and listens to peoples issues. She has been taking care of my diabetic foot issues for many years. Whether it’s normal visits or more advanced surgical visits she is alway going above and beyond. She even got me to quit smoking. I would recommend Dr kassab to anyone young or old as a great podiatrist.
