After I called them to request a free estimated for a siding repair, they helped me to schedule the visit to my home ASAP. Miss Amy was very kind to follow my request until the appointed day. Even when I was not at home, Mr Dan was extremely professional and kind to review the concern and he fixed it promptly and in a great manner. They seem to be very busy, I have installed my roof last year. It was OK for the winter. I found an issue in my roof in the next spring. UPDATE on 3/17/2022 - Finally they sent us roofers to check my roof.However that's it, the status is still the same - reducing my stars. I just give them 3 stars as they are just one of the 'ordinary contractors' that everybody could expect. (updated 4/16/2022)Service: Install flooring
All Time Home Improvement is the best. We needed an estimate for a new roof. Not only were they respectful of my time, and going over every detail, I was very impressed. The other companies just hurried through the process. Plus they were able to beat the previous estimates that I received!
