Amazing alteration shop! Flora always does an outstanding job. Since it's a small shop, you should expect approximately a 1 week turnaround (sometimes quicker, but don't expect a day or two).

I had a bridesmaid dress altered and she did a phenomenal job! Super friendly, very reasonably priced (especially for the Birmingham area!) and fast turnaround time. I am very happy and will definitely use them in the future. 10/10 recommend

My experience with Flora at Zack's couldn't have been better. I bought a dress for my goddaughter's wedding that needed major alterations. She did an outstanding job and it now fits me perfectly.
