Update: the owner has responded to my review with false information. They did not offer me extra lashes at my refill appointment because I never had a refill appointment with them (I live multiple states away). This is even more upsetting than my initial experience. Please be wary.
Original review: This was my first time getting lash extensions and while the service itself was pleasant, I am ultimately disappointed. They say that the extensions should last about 3 weeks before you need a fill, but in less than a week more than half of the lashes on my right eye had come off. I followed all of the care instructions and even bought their lash shampoo and brush. I don't rub my eyes and sleep on my back, so I don't know why this one eye was such a problem. I had them done as a trial before my wedding while I was visiting from out of town, so I wouldn't have been able to get them fixed with their 3 day policy.

I went to the lash lounge in Birmingham Michigan. I am a client there but was taking my daughter to an appointment and was not allowed to wait in the lobby even though it was empty. The girl at front was so rude. I will never be back!!!!

My experience with the Lash Lounge was extremely disappointing. On December 20, I paid over $160 to get lash extensions. After caring for my extensions as instructed, the extensions started coming out the same evening that I got them done. The next day even more came out and this is just two days afterwards. I contacted The Lash Lounge and they said they can do redos within 3 days. I could not do that because I was in Florida on vacation, it should have been considered an exception and perhaps when I returned from Vacation I could get the redo then. But they told me that I would have to pay another $75 for a refill when I wouldn’t be in this position had the eyelashes been applied properly initially. I am very disappointed.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Natalie was!! So friendly, professional, and courteous!! She will definitely be my stylist moving forward!! I would recommend to anyone going to the Lash Lounge to ask for her by name!! A tremendous overall experience!!

Oh my goodness, let me tell you something I needed an emergency lash fill and I decided to just take whoever I got and I happen to get somebody who is excellent. Summer is genius with lashes, I barely felt anything, and it only took an hour. I have beautiful lashes now!!

My very first lash lift and tint was today with Summer. Thankfully, she was happy to explain what she was doing as we went. I was comfortable, and I felt she was confident. My results are 10/10. I hope & plan to add an update in 6-8 weeks. (When they say it'll be time to redo.)

While the initial lash extension service was great, I ended up with a very severe allergic reaction which has never happened to me before with lash extensions at other salons (I’ve been to at least 3-4 over the years). They were able to get me in quickly and covered the $29 lash removal service, but asked for a tip for this and would not refund the initial charge $200. Just something to be aware of if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

I recently visited for a lash lift. The lash technician was genuinely kind and professional throughout my appointment, which I really appreciated.
However, as an East Asian person with naturally straight and downward-pointing lashes, I specifically chose a lash lift hoping for a noticeable upward curl. Unfortunately, the results didn't meet my expectations; my lashes weren't lifted as much as I'd hoped for. I wanted to share this experience for other East Asian clients who might be looking for a significant lash lift, as their specific needs might not be fully met here.
It's a clean and friendly salon, but for those with very particular lash types like mine, you might want to inquire about their specific experience with East Asian lashes before booking!
