I thought that I made an appointment for the Troy facility but it was at the Birmingham office. The only reason that I realized it was different is that they sent an email indicating that because of construction, I had to take a detour for parking. Once there, the waiting time was minimal and the appointment was completed in an organized manner.

I appreciate being worked in. The referral isn't someone who does the work. That's the second time this has happened. Dr. Erickson is terrific and I've had him since he came to the practice...loooong time. Techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. Office crew are always a problem. They make you feel as though you're interrupting their time. Overall l heartedly recommend this practice.

Great experience. Office staff friendly and efficient. The gentleman who checked my eyes was the best ever. He was friendly and very pleasant . The doctor was wonderful too. I would highly recommend the doctor and office.
