If you are either thinking about going blonde, or are already a blonde, Ally Newson at Nalu Salon is the absolute best!
She's been coloring my hair for the past 10 months now. "Color corrected" me from a deep red to a gorgeous blonde in the 1st session! *This usually takes more than one session, but she worked her magic, and I was extremely impressed with the results. (Blonding can be quite tricky, even more so going from one extreme to the another).
I always walk away from the salon feeling like a new person, as well as beautiful! There's yet to be a time I've not received compliments on my hair color since seeing Ally.
I highly recommend Nalu Salon, and especially Ally Newson for coloring.
She listens and somehow understands what color you're trying to achieve, even when you feel less than confident in your explanation (and don't have photo examples lol).
