I've been a Great Clips customer for several years. What keeps me coming back? Their excellent customer service! Special thanks to my barber Becky for a great haircut last week. She was friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.

Easy to find location, parking was tight but it is a busy area within a plaza and next to Kroger. Front and back entrance, place was clean, staff was inviting. The phone app is user friendly for online check in. The barber was super nice and for my first visit not only met but exceeded my expectations foot an amazing haircut. Easy checkout process and products on display for purchase. One of the best locations with great staff highly recommended. Bravo!

Been using Great Clips for over a decade for simple, nothing fancy, short, haircuts. Primarily due to lower cost. While the quality of cuts at Great Clips varies greatly, depending on the person cutting, this Birmingham location historically has done more consistently acceptable quality cuts.However, that consistency track record seems to have deteriorated. Sometimes the cut is OK, but often it is shaky. When, as a client, you can "feel" the time pressure put on employees to crank out X custs per hour, that's a problem.Now the deal-killer - price hikes.
