After getting my hair cut by a master Japanese stylist in NYC for nearly 7 years, I was worried about finding a new hairdresser when I moved back to MI. Luckily, I was randomly paired with Joy, and have been following her ever since. Her studio is clean and very well done, I highly recommend.
I have been going to Julie for quite some time (over 10 years) and she is very good at her craft.
It’s obvious by the amount of clientele she has, and how hard it is to get an appointment. There is no last minute with Julie! She is booked and busy.
That said, I will say that Julie is accommodating. If you run a little late, she’s OK with it. The environment of Joy‘s salon has always been very inviting warm and welcoming.
Julie has an amazing memory, and always asks about my life. You sit down in her chair as her client and you leave it feeling like her friend.

i have been using Joy and Lena, both Hairdressers for over 15 years. they are so accommodating and professional and current on the latest and greatest hair trends. i always get asked where i get my hair done! thank you ladies!
