Reviews
Hagopian customer service was courteous and service performed was excellent. They arrived early but called ahead with time of arrival. The carpets felt a bit wet for 24 hours but with fans drying it it was dry quickly after that. There might have been some soapy residue that I think would be easily vaccumed when dry. Happy customer as the carpets are now clean.
Sal was great. Very personable and helpful. Always had a smile. Rugs were cleaned beautifully and ready on or before date I was told they would be done. This is the second time I have had a number of area rugs cleaned at Hagopian. They look brand new. I highly recommend Hagopian and contact with Sal.
