Every single staff person I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful, the facilities are sparkling clean and the lifeguards in the pool are also helpful and attentive to the safety of everyone in the water.

It's always been a part of the fabric of B'ham. Good location, the amenities are decent and with a pool and great kids program, should always be something to consider for you, family and friends.

I enjoy all the classes I attend at the Y, instructors are knowledgeable and available for personal comments on your progress, it's nice there are classes almost every day of the week and in my time preference. I am usually there 4-5 mornings a week and have made several friends. I highly recommend the Birmingham Y
