Arcadia has provided care for my 92 year old father for 15 months. Every caregiver is kind, patient and well trained. My dad doesn’t hear well and the caregivers are patient, even writing to communicate with him. The scheduler bends over backwards to ensure that all shifts are covered for my Dad. I highly recommend this company.

Theresa R. Is miserable to work with in my opinion. Office staff are rude and could care less about their patients. Caregivers are few and far between. Very low staffing and even less communication. I would suggest putting in cameras if you are stuck with this agency. So grateful to be able to take out the trash and start anew. If you scroll down and see Julie Nye’s review just know she is supervisor there.

The Birmingham location of Arcadia has been caring for my dad for 10 months. The caregivers are professional, kind and compassionate. The Scheduler works hard to provide consistency and replacements when needed asap. My dad currently has care 5 days per week (3 caregivers) and all of the caregivers are wonderful. The initial intake process was very thorough, which allowed them to match the caregivers with my dad‘s needs. My dad doesn’t hear well and they are very patient with him. The caregivers have improved his quality of life and taken a load off of me. I highly recommend Arcadia Home Care.

Office Staff Were Very Unprofessional And Also Time Wasters They Will Have You To Drive Out A Long Distance To Their Office To Tell You That Your Availability Don’t Match There’s So With That Being Said Save Yourself A Trip I’m Just Saying

I've worked with this company only a mth and a half. Clients and their family's are wonderful. Can't say much bout the management though and scheduling. So I've decided to not work for company no more as my mileage was shorted everytime and as a caregiver not having a boss be rude and hangups on me when I have important questions to ask. Also understaffed and lack of communication. Wouldn't recommend this company for my family. Overworked and underpaid.Grand Rapids Locations.
