Jeremy was fantastic. Did a awesome job at diagnosing the issues and fixing our plumbing problem in the meantime as expressing and being very patient and understanding explaining to my 18-year-old son who was home at the time how it all worked. Eric was absolutely fabulous. He understood the issues with the difference between frozen pipe and and a poly break in the line. He was very well informed on everything he needed to do and was very efficient about handling it even though he didn’t have to go swimming.
I really appreciate having someone with actual knowledge of dealing with my situation and the fact that I will have to have the insurance company handle the rest. And considering that he had to deal with these issues over the weekend, it was a reasonable price.
