I love this place! The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I usually have about 10 to 15 pair of glasses to pick from and they’re amazing to help me come to the final one. Doctor is very thorough and explains everything. Every single one of the staff members are amazing thank you guys.

So happy I switched here. Super positive experience from start to finish. The lady at the front desk was super nice, along with the lady who did my initial tests. Dr Perdue was fantastic and the ladies who helped me with contacts and glasses were awesome.

My wife and I started seeing Dr. Byers-Miller when she was at Walmart. We love how professional and personable she is, that when she told us she was leaving to join Birch Run eye care. My wife and I decided without hesitation to follow her to her Birch Run eye care. Since going there we have been nothing but happy with our experience. The whole staff are very professional and knowledgeable, while helping decide what's best for our vision care and budget when paying out of pocket.
