Highly recommend. Optimal has taken excellent care of my mother in law over the years when needed and then they went above and beyond and did a drive for the Macomb Foster Closet. What a great company and caring employees to go above and beyond to be the best in home care and the kids in Foster care.

The team at Optimal provided hospice care for our father/grandfather in his last four months of life. Every single person who provided support — the nurses, aid, social worker, chaplain, manager — was amazing. They were all so compassionate, kind, and thoughtful. They were very supportive and caring of our family too. They made an extremely difficult time so much better for all of us. Optimal home care has been a blessing for me when I needed help after neck surgery.Between skilled nursing , pt and ot and home health aide to help with showers and light housekeeping. I was treated like a loved family member . I would recommend your company to anyone needing home care or hospice care .
