The service tech, Caleb arrived at time promised and discovered that the furnace needed to be replaced. Followed up very quickly with options and was able to schedule installation tomorrow. Very grateful this was handled so efficiently. Caleb is very professional and dealt with my overly affectionate dogs graciously.

Came home after Christmas to no heat in the house, Caleb came out and diagnosed a new circuit board. My furnace is pretty old, but he found the part, ordered it and was in the next day. He came and installed the new part and I had heat again! He was very professional and knowledgeable and I'm extremely happy with the service. Thanks Stratz!
