Hadn't really planned on doing a new roof but the slow leak around my chimney was probably a clue. Pleasant experience otherwise. Nice people, very professional - their roofing crew is awesome. The whole thing done in 1 day, between rains! Highly recommend.
Prompt attention regarding quote for roof installation. Salesperson was informative and efficient in the quotation process. Roof installation was carried out on time and with precision. I was away for work during the install, but my neighbors were very impressed with the professional manner it was carried out. All old roofing materials were removed and when I returned home you could not tell they had been there! (Aside from the new roof) I would recommend Big Rapids Roofing to friends and family.
Our family had an extremely positive experience with Big Rapids Roofing (BRR). We live in Mt Pleasant MI and had avoided replacing our roof for a few years mainly because we thought it was out of reach financially. We eventually asked for a quote from a well-known and reliable contractor and ended up signing.
