The Yoga Garden

The Yoga Garden has a truly unique community, style of yoga, and is now such a sacred place for me. This studio is a good fit for a seasoned yogi since you have the freedom to flow on your own. If you are new to yoga, this staff is incredibly helpful and will be there for you every pose of the flow if you need. I was going through the loss of a loved one, and I will never forget how the staff provided comfort and love through my healing process. <3

This is an exceptionally run studio. The Yoga Garden provides beginners and advanced practitioners room to grow. The instructors are attentive to their students. They present options allowing for increasing levels of difficulty for those who want to take it while praising rest and reminding us to listen to what our bodies need. I’ve practiced yoga for over twenty years and have been with the garden for five. This place is equally challenging and nourishing?

I really like the Yoga Garden. The instructors use there expertise to bring out the best in their students. The classes are challenging but options are always offered so you can modify for your own personal needs. It’s a no judgement zone with a lot of well placed encouragement.I’ve gained flexibility in my shoulders and my husband, who was hesitant at first to join me, is now a fan.I credit the instructors for their ability to respond to their students. I think they read their students well.And I like my fellow students. I always leave feeling happy and a little taller?
