Best tailored workout in my entire life (and I was a PE major and am an active basketball coach). The coaches are well-trained and professional.

What makes this unique is you get all the benefits of a personal trainer at an affordable cost. In the spring and summer (when I pitch for a softball team) my workouts are tailored to provide the muscle training necessary to avoid injury and maximize performance. In the fall and winter my workouts are tailored for my basketball needs.

I’m 51 but feel like I’m in my 30’s. And I credit this to the expert training I’ve had now for 10 years at the location.

I was staying in town for the week on vacation and had a list of gyms I wanted to visit but thankfully this was the first one I went too. I didn’t go to any other gym that week. Staff and members were friendly and coaches were very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot on my Olympic lift techniques.We started and ended on time and the class flow was very easy to follow. I never felt lost as they demonstrated each movement and gave time for questions. Been around since May 2019 and it is a clean, warm and welcoming environment. New to CrossFit, I came unsure and left knowing it's for anyone! Great Instructors to help you on your own journey to fitness and health! Not to mention they offer a few other activities and classes to make it a one stop shop gym.
