She really listened to what my needs and concerns were prior to the session and modified the pressure and massage appt based on my ideal preferences and trouble areas. “This review is for the salon’s Wig Bank service. I lost my hair due to a medical condition and was lucky to have found Changez Salon and Ashley (one of the stylists at the salon that runs the Wig Bank program) in providing me with a wonderful wig at no cost to me. The whole experience was wonderful from the initial consultation to getting a wonderful free wig at the end.

The lower level of the salon is set up for the Wig Bank so you have privacy. Ashley is very knowledgeable about wigs coupled with her friendly demure, made the process enjoyable. Thank you Changez salon owners and Ashley for offering this service.“

“Our hair and skin and the way they react to different processes are so unique to each person . I have just moved here from Europe. My quest to find a good hair technician stops at BABS. The salon is clean the staff are friendly and sweet , very professional and they know what they are doing . Margo at the reception is lovely and has a calming energy and Bernadette has years of experience behind her dealing with all kinds of hair textures . I first walked in to get my hair washed and a blowout as I had a gift voucher . I had tried a couple of top hairdressers in Birmingham and though the salons were great I was not too impressed with the work . My hair is pretty unmanageable and at this point due for a deep conditioning treatment - so I knew it wasn’t easy . I have long hair and cut in layers, I know I am a hard to please client !! After a few times I decided to get my hair Botox treatment from Bernadette- she worked with me and my hair to get me the relaxed no fizz hydrated look and not the poker straight look . My hair is so much more manageable and her hydrating treatment is great too ! I totally recommend BABS salon for their amazing professionalism and their care towards clients. You are in great hands here - don’t allow their unassuming and very down to earth attitude make you think otherwise ;)“
