Edit: The owner of the spa was kind enough to reply to my comment and turns out I was wrong. They charged me $100 along with $20, not $200. Also, she explained me in detail why the leave in product didn’t work out for me which was because of the henna that I usually apply on my hair. I truly apologize for my mistake! Increased the stars from 2 to 5 as I found this gesture truly genuine and caring towards the customers and also shows that they take customer reviews into serious consideration. I received the Luxury Scalp Cleanse by Brianna and couldn't be happier with my results! Brianna was VERY informative, thorough, and welcoming. I received so many compliments on my hair after my appointment. Overall, the salon is cute and clean and I enjoyed the experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back :)
I could literally cry (Happy Tears) after leaving OHS! I had been looking for a stylist that could care for my natural hair and Jennifer did that and so much more. My scalp has never felt better! I walked out of OHS feeling confident and knowledgeable about my hair.
This will be my go to salon from now on. I honestly didn’t want to leave. Jennifer- thank you again for such an amazing service!
