I was waiting to see if this company did follow up calls or emails asking about their customers experience, but I havent received any of that. I booked this company for a Deep Clean with an additional oven clean. The week of my cleaning, I was expecting an email or call confirming the day or two days before and I heard nothing. I myself had to call the night before to see if they were coming and what time. The person that answered said that they were scheduled to come, but needed to place me on a hold to check with his manager about the time frame of arrival. UPDATE: The owner contacted me and did an investigation. The company refunded me $50 for the inconvenience. Overall experience is a 3/5 stars. It is hard for me to say if I recommend the company, however, if you do use the company, you should check the work after the service and contact the company right away if you have any problem which I believe they will try to make it work.Initial review 2/5 stars:I have a vacant home with barely anything to clean but I wanted a professional to come clean so my tenants can have a sparkling clean house when they move in.The maid-pro cleaners came without appropriate tools.
