Professional, loving, caring, they handled so much for my dad's funeral that I never expected them to! Gaylord was the best funeral director I could ever have hoped for during this time. Every request I had, he was more than willing to do, and he even did things I never thought of. Even gave free advice that was so helpful! The staff was also amazing, everyone was so helpful, and kind. I'm SO GLAD I picked Jowett off of a friend's recommendation!! Do it, you won't regret it!

Bad from start to finish took 6 months to get my mom ash’s back and necklaces after my dad tried over and over again with no Success I had to personally go there my self and be treat Disrespectful . They got her death certificate wrong . I would never recommend them
