With no urgent care other than the ER room, I called and they got me in on the same day. The staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful. The doctor provided the medication I needed My vacation was saved because of their care.

I had a good experience with the medical staff at Benzie Crystal Lake Clinic. My wait time was 5 minutes, medical technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions. The lab technician was awsome, did a great job. Office staff were a little cold, but they did thier job. Can't ask for more than that.

I've been to the Benzonia clinic a few times and they've always been professional, polite and able to diagnose my issue and take care of me. I don't use them for complex issues, but they've been helpful when I couldn't get in to see my primary care physician.
