The store manager was so kind! Super helpful and helped me find products for my face. First time going to that store and had the 5 star treatment. She is very engaging with her customers. I’m so happy I found someone like her to help me because I was bombarded with so many product and didn’t know what to choose for my face. I believe her name was Ms.Courtney. She also helped me with opening a new account and I got approved. I can say I left very happy from the store. She is very knowledgeable with every product in the store. Thank you Ms Courtney!
Who is the curly hair with brown and blonde highlights? I know her when I see her because no one is imagining her getting smart with people you all allow her to be that way. She indeed will insult a shopper because she’s clearly permitted to and most likely laughs about the nastiness of her mouth and demeanor in spaces she feels comfortable admitting she’s that way. That is not a good spirit and purposely undermines others for her own satisfaction or bias towards the customer. I went to have my hair cut and colored by Nicole! She was absolutely amazing, on time, and even helped me find a round brush for the curtain bangs she was about to give me! She knew exactly what color i wanted and gave me everything I was hoping for! She has restored my faith in salons, as I had a horrible experience years ago at another salon and I have done my own hair since... but with health issues im not able to do my own anymore, and maaaan she came through with every aspect!
