I needed a special part for my shower drain. I knew Ace and the big box stores would not have it. I had pictures of what I thought I needed. The associate who worked with me showed me exactly what I needed and took the time to show me how to install it. He gave me several tips and even gave me a small tool to clean the threads on the old plumbing. My parts cost about $12.00. I probably got $50.00 worth of advice for free. This is a great place to go and they are all friendly and willing to help. You will not get this at Lowes or Home Depot.
Very knowledgeable people. I walked in there without a clue of what I needed and Cindy helped me pick out a bath fixture for my 110 year old house. She knew what to look for and she even knew how to research items they didn't have on display. I'll be back for all my rehab needs.
