My home has a flat roof that was in desperate need of repair. NOBODY wanted to touch it. Then I discovered Phil at Lakeside Roofing. He and his crew took on this project...I am so glad I found them! In two words, conscientious and fastidious.I was also impressed by their attention to detail. Would highly recommend.
I recently reached out to Lakeside Roofing after hours for water damage in our garage that was caused by an ice dam that had formed on our roof. Phil responded quickly and was at our house in less than 30 minutes and removed the dam. His quick response ensured that the damage to our home was limited. He then he helped us navigate working with our insurance company. Due to the extreme winter weather, we aren't able to fully address the issue that led to the ice dam until the Spring, but Phil has worked with us to ensure that no further damage occurs until then. Wow! Buying a new home and needed a new roof. Phil returned my call very quickly, was able to get up there very promptly and courteously emailed me the estimate in a very timely fashion so I could negotiate better with the sellers. I had a bunch of questions about how the whole process would go and Phil kindly and clearly answered every question either by phone or email. Phil and his team was super quick too - our first phone call was August 26th, and the morning of September 25th he and his team left my property after installing the roof and cleaning everything up really well.
