Upbeat, friendly and professional, Dr. Miller and his assistant Elliot made my dog feel comfortable being handled and examined. I have never had a bad experience with this veterinary practice!
Everyone at the front desk I’ve had a good experience with. Dr. Melissa Smith is be far my preferred vet. She is personable and kind. She helped me through putting my 19yo cat to sleep. And recently she worked really well with my giant and intimidating gsd. The vet tech Spencer was also crucial in that appt going well. In previous appointments, the vet was unwilling to examine him.
We have recently switched vets and I am so impressed with Great Lakes. My dog Blitz is a mess with her allergies so we are usually frequent visitors with the vet. Dr. Miller was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He was also non judgemental which is hard to find with any kind of doctor. I’m extremely impressed and glad I made the choice to switch vets.
