I started going to this dentist because I was unhappy with another dentist in the greater GR area. I am very happy with the care I receive at Belmont dentistry. However, in recent months, it is nearly impossible to get a hold of any of their receptionists. I call and leave multiple voicemails just trying to schedule or change an appointment, and am completely ignored. I like the care I receive once I am actually in the office, but good luck trying to schedule an appointment!
I cannot recommend Dr. John Klooster and his wonderful team at Belmont Dentistry highly enough! From the moment I walked into their clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Klooster's expertise and gentle approach instantly put me at ease. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and genuinely caring, making each visit a positive experience.
