She isn’t just a masseuse, she understands the science behind the body, listens to what you’re dealing with, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better. She does abdominal (belly) massage for me, and I cannot say enough about how much it has helped me physically and overall. The difference I feel after my sessions is incredible. She also gives an amazing deep tissue massage - the kind that actually works on the problem, not just the surface. You can tell she puts her heart into her work and does everything she can to help you heal and feel your best. And honestly, every therapist at Relax & Renew is fantastic.
