Fortified came out the replaced a large section of our down-spout drain. The crew of Justin, Mike and Jack did a great job and were courteous and efficient. They worked on it over multiple days and were always friendly and made sure I was happy with their service. When Eric came out to oversee some parts of the work, I could see where they got their great attitude and friendliness. Eric made sure all was done right and completely finished.
