“Bait and switch” occurred when, on my first visit, the dentist who saw me was a surprise and his name was not even listed anywhere. Then the hygienist sprung a $200 non-covered cleaning procedure on me before she could perform the cleaning covered by my insurance at a later date.

First impressions matter. I called this place today at 8:15am. I asked if they took Delta Dental and was told yes. I was informed after they took my phone number down that they would call me back within the hour with times to schedule me in. I am writing this review at 13:41...no call backs yet. Moving on!! You just lost my business. Funny! So after I wrote this review on Yelp I finally get a call at 15:15 I'm sorry I didn't pick up already have an appointment set with Admire in Canton so I have to drive 7 miles! Should this place have had better customer service I would have had a less than a mile commute.

The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.
I have an impacted wisdom tooth that become infected after a late night popcorn binge. I came here as soon as they opened on a Monday morning in a lot of pain. They got me in within an hour, which is unheard of without having an appointment. As if that wasn't enough to love this place, today I brought my daughter in for her first dentist appointment. She was very nervous, but the hygienist that took care of her put her at ease almost immediately. Tiffany did a phenomenal job of making her experience a good one. You know you've found a good dentist when your child leaves saying, "Mom, I can't wait to go back to the dentist!" I don't know about you, but I've never had that thought.

The dentist was standing next to his billing gal at the front desk when I arrived with my insurance denial letter again- Pointed out I was running out of time (calendar year) to use my $3k Why does she keep submitting without proper codes with X-rays? Dentist shrugged it off. Really 10k out the door because you let your biller Not do her job - She was ticked when I told her I had spoken to my insurance company and called her out on her game olaying

Family Dentistry of Belleville is one of the most courteous and professional dentist offices I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The staff are some of the friendliest, nicest, and most compassionate people I have ever met. They go the extra mile to not just meet your expectations, but to exceed them. Went there for issue with my tooth. They offered an option and only one. Found out after that there were other options but they were not offered. The dentist is a bit flippant and does not spend any time with the patient he leaves it up to the assistants. So very disappointed.

Doc Williams is an awesome family dentist! He is conservative and only performs necessary or requested dental procedures. He cares about his patients comfort levels and is gentle and caring in his approach. I highly recommend Dr. Williams for children of all ages as well as adults. The staff at Family Dentistry are wonderful as well!
