I received a call back quickly when my furnace stopped working on a Sunday during a recent cold snap. BCHAC came out the same day, accessed the problem, ordered the part and installed it the next day. Demario was awesome, he was here when he said he was going to be and was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I have an older furnace, so I thought for sure they would immediately go for the replacement and say the parts were obsolete or something. Demario instead was honest and got me back up and running in no time! I may need a replacement soon, and I will definitely be calling these guys!
We woke up warm and cozy the day after Demario from Belleville Canton Heating and Air Conditioning fixed our heating problem. The day before we woke up to a freezing house. Our heat would not come on.
Demario came to our house with a pleasant, smiling demeanor. We felt comfortable right away and felt he cared about our problem.
He went down to the furnace area and immediately found an issue he was able to fix for us. I was very impressed with Demario.
I had asked 2 other men of different companies the past few months. They dismissed my concerns but never checked the furnace or thermostat regarding my issue.

Tim, Demario and the whole team were great. They installed a new furnace, A/C and water heater in one day. They were careful to put cloths on all floors to prevent damage. Staff was kind and professional. Tim took extra time to explain the specifics of our new equipment. We highly recommend this team!
