“I had a rough time with the Bellaire animal hospital. So I was hesitant on bringing my Missie girl to anyone else. But her upper respiratory infection wasn’t getting any better. It would just come and go. I brought her to mancelona animal hospital and I have never felt more heard and respected as an animal owner. As soon as I walked in the front desk was so kind and communicative. The ladies taking her temp and weight before the doc came in were so patient and kind and gave my girl so much love! Then the doc came in and she was SO kind, compassionate and understanding. She took everything I said into consideration and actually listened to me. Not talked at me. She was so helpful and helped my stress go down significantly! I’m due to give birth in four days and just needed someone to listen and help my girl and she did all she could! I will forever recommend them! Definitely a much better experience than in Bellaire!!!“
