Randy promptly returned my phone call. Over the phone, I briefly explained the problem and he knew precisely which part(s) were necessary for the repair. He was able to fit my Hotpoint Washing Machine issue into his schedule for the following mid-morning. He fixed the machine lickity split with a smile on his face and pep in his step. Randy was quick to politely answer the phone and offer his services when convenient for myself to get a dryer looked at. Through timely and professional communication, we were able to get the parts we needed very quickly. He stocks many of parts locally at his shop location. Otherwise he is happy to quickly order them for you. We were even able to pick them up after business hours! Fair pricing as well. Highly recommend!
