Well in the beginning of the 5 months I have been seen. It was a pleasure meeting the whole staff. Including Dr's nurses everyone. But...my dr I seen for almost 20yrs passed at 53. It was devastating to all. Family most but patients suffered horrendously. Myself for 10 7.5 months. Then it took months just to figure out if my new dr would help or not. So she helps6 me with my panic disorder ptsd stuff. But, 4 months to refer me to a pain specialist and neurosurgery on my back spine is fractured and cartilage is crushed. Knee has little meniscus left. Arthritis covers 80% of my entire spine. Dr. Nelder still has not even looked at my MRIs but they are over a decade old. So the first month and I am not a MD I would have ordered a full body MRI lso Dr' Nelder could help me to have the best quality of life possible!!! Everyone deserves at the very least that respect and care. Bc a dr should be very passionate about their work! Dr nelder is aa very nice person I would be lying if I said anything else. But I need a dr who understands. I am really disappointed with Bellaire dr. Nelder and her nurse Michelle. Appt on the 9th Michelle was very upset with me but not allowed to directly say it. So, she replies I am just concentrating. Nice line lol. But her eyes, facial features micro expressions and body language spoke volumes. She was steaming. Then they rushed me out. Mon r busy but cmon I am not slow. I apologize if I did something. But my life is a complete mess. I mean really bad. I need hrlp I even have Will Simmer

Not at all happy with the referral office. Been waiting a week!! Won’t return phone messages and can’t see the ENT doctor without a referral. In the meantime, I’m suffering daily waiting for the office to do their job just so I can wait so more to get an appointment with the ENT specialist.

I followed my physician, Dr. Brown, here from the Mancelona family practice a while ago. The facility is very spacious and the waiting room is comfortable with plenty of room for those who are handicapped or wheelchair bound to move freely. The office staff is very friendly and I've witnessed how helpful they are with other patients as well at check in. The nurses I have seen are very knowledgeable and compassionate. I always feel taken care of here and treated well. I, of course, think that my doctor is fantastic and recommend him to anyone who wants a male doctor. They also have their own pharmacy, labs and x-rays. I had to travel an extra 8 miles, but its totally worth it.

I have been going to this place since 2003. My original doctor was Dr McConnell he was fabulous. Now I have Sam Dyste PA he is also fabulous. He listens when I speak and that’s what every doctor should do. I drive 3 to 4 hours every 3 months to see him. I no longer live up north and I refuse to change doctors.

This is a wonderful facility with very friendly staff I've never had a problem and have been going here for years although I have come to leave a review because my doctor left and they hired a new doctor her name is Dr. Burns she is completely unprofessional and canceled my appointment for being 7 minutes late even though their cancelation policy is 15 minutes I then proceeded to wait and she waited until it had been 15 minutes after and then came out and told me I would need to reschedule due to being 15 minutes late I stated I drove almost two hours for this appointment as well as waiting two months and I was not more than 15 minutes late and she told me I'd just need to reschedule. I then called the receptionist and verified I was checked in for my appointment less than 15 minutes late and the doctor was still not willing to see me or honor the late policy. so I will be rebooking with a different provider and I would not recommend booking with her either.

Dr. Byrnes is absolutely a disgrace to the community and has an awful bedside manner. We have loved and supported Bellaire Family Health Center until our visit last week with our 2 year old. Our daughter was sick with a bad cough so we made an appointment one day prior. When we arrived everyone was wonderful like all our previous visits to the clinic. The medical assistant was warm and offered her colored nails as comfort to an upset toddler while taking her vitals. When Dr.
Byrnes arrived to the room she was cold, she diagnosed my daughter but wouldn't answer questions regarding the medication she put her on saying "I don't no if she will have a reaction, you'll see and figure it out but contact her primary care not me". Dr.
Byrnes proceeded to tell me as I was walking out the door "we didn't belong there, this isn't an urgent care (I agree working in health care for years I know the difference but my daughter, son, myself and husband have been seen and treated there plenty of times with the appropriate appointment) not to be rude but we were taking away from others and we need to figure something else out this isn't where you belong, three physicians have left and it's people like you that have caused that".

there are currently zero actual doctors working there. their HEAD of medicine is a nurse practitioner. their turnover of employees is super high. they will also discharge a patient and change the report to fiction and say you were "inappropriate" and "verbally abusive" when you leave in tears and were told you can still be seen there. they want to give drugs that are overly advertised on television that even the manufacturers don't know how they work. "this medication is BELIEVED to work by" they can't cope with their own complicity on over prescribing opiates, and when you ask them why they gave you 40 narcotic pain killers when 10 would've worked, they don't want to hear that, and discharge you. remember, doctors have the power of "perceived authority" but no knowledge of what their actions result in. and, when confronted with that accountability, they get mad, lie about the way you acted in a report, and have you discharged. they are drug dealers with badges and lab coats. in 30 years the stuff they're giving you now will be ruled bad practice, and when you ask them why they prescribed it, or god forbid you still want the same medicine, well, that's your problem, not theirs. they have no accountability, and no, NO care about the drugs they give you. they are insulated from accountability by the giant pharmaceutical companies that OWN them. the most dangerous drug dealers in the world are the ones in the white coats saying "dr.'s orders" and they'll never be stopped by authorities.
