I've had issues... today was told they were suppose to call me to let me know doctor was sick then came back from nurse to say I was to call to confirm my appointment. when I told her that I would call to cancel if it didn't work by 8am. My kidney/uti symptom was pretty severe and literally took off work to make this happen. drove all the way to Bellaire for them to have little compassion to get me in( offered next day which i couldnt do due to already taking time off today). I work in the vet world and to see this amount of low compassion is sad. I'm done with this clinic. I get to go to walk in now since im in that much discomfort.
