Charlie is probably one of the most trustworthy guys you will ever deal with, as he is very honest and professional. When I called the company to make an appointment, Charlie answered the phone (which was a shocker in itself) and even though he had a full schedule, he was at my house within 2 hours to inspect my roof leak. Our chimney was leaking because flashing was improperly installed by builders. Charlie re-shingled on top flashing the right way. He found water damage to pvc and replaced at very reasonable price.
