Wonderful service at the spa at the Inn at Bay Harbor. I thought the spa was very nicely decorated. The women’s locker room was great- fully stocked with whatever you would need. The common space was nice and relaxing. I do agree with previous reviewers that the spa was almost an afterthought. I found it to be quite small for the hotel and some details lacking (like the drop ceiling).
I received a facial and a luxury manicure. While both of my estheticians were wonderful, I thought both services a bit over priced for what they were. My manicure lasted around 2 days. For $100, this was a bit disappointing. The facial was nice, but lacking... read full review

Editing this review to add that Scott is the best massage therapist ever too so professional and very good in working out knots !
Very nice spa experience! Very relaxing atmosphere, would definitely go again. Be sure to come a little early, to enjoy there complimentary tea and relaxing waiting room. Very nice locker rooms to get changed and showered before massage. Great products for skin health.
