Very nice spa experience! Very relaxing atmosphere, would definitely go again. Be sure to come a little early, to enjoy there complimentary tea and relaxing waiting room. Very nice locker rooms to get changed and showered before massage. Great products for skin health.

Stayed at this property during a busy weekend. The rooms were not clean at all and neither were the bathrooms. The pool area is filthy with plastic cups floating in the pools and in the hot tub. The pool attendants are rude and they ran out of towels every day. The outdoor bathroom will make you barf. Will not be returning to this hotel. I recommend trying to find other accommodations as this place is expensive and you are paying to stay in filth. Everyone at the front desk is very rude and will not care if you bring up any concerns.

The hotel is ancient and needs updating. Breakfast was chaotic as there were more customers than seats, and dinner options were limited to one overpriced steakhouse. The rooms were adequate, but also in need of upgrading. The jacuzzi tubs are outdated, and the pool is overcrowded with children, making it difficult for adults on vacation to enjoy. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations for the price of $1,500 per night. I would not choose to stay there again.

we had a delightful stay at Inn at Bay Harbor! the room was extremely spacious and comfy and it was immaculately clean. we had Afternoon Tea on the 2nd floor overlooking the entrance with a top view of the grand chandelier. the tea service was casual and amazing and we were incredibly comfortable in our tourist attire of leggings and sweatshirts. the staff was kind and friendly and there is a complimentary shuttle into town. the food at the bar is divine and although the bar tender doubled as the waiter, he was still very attentive and accommodating. out back on the beach we found our very own petosky stone! just a very relaxed and positive vibe all around. we enjoyed every second of our stay.

Listen here. This man Scott absolutely changed my life today. I laid down on the table, prepared to get a massage, but what I got was 10 times that. There are people who are good at their job, people who are great at their job, and then there’s Scott. The man is gifted. A SAINT EVEN! I’m a better husband, athlete and father because of that massage. He listened to concerns I had and helped me understand what changes I could make to improve some of my hang ups. And the massage itself was the best I’ve ever had in my life and it isn’t even close. My wife and I are gonna take a 3 Hour drive once a month just to come up here and experience this again. 10 out of 10! Everyone else was great too.

A lovely place to stay. All staff were incredible. From the front desk to valet to servers at the restaurant to housekeepers, everyone was pleasant, professional and willing to assist. The rooms are beautiful and clean, very cozy with luxurious touches. We are looking forward to our next stay!
