Yang Charlotte MD

I saw Dr Yang in the past as a specialist when I was injured. My primary retired abruptly in December and I sought out Dr Yang for care. They set up an appointment and I stopped seeking a primary care physician. Today her snippy receptionist called to say Dr Yang won't see me as a new primary patient. She wouldn't say why. I don't understand but felt it was very rude and inconsiderate to give me an appointment and then revoke it. I will find a good physician who cares about their patients.

I really, REALLY love Dr. Yang and her office staff! They are nice, patient, kind, considerate and very professional. I was skeptical about joining Bay clinics because I’d heard horror stories about doctors but my husband had been with Dr. Yang for years and had always been telling me to join her office. I had been with covenant for years and was fairly satisfied with the doctors I had….until I got Covid. They did nothing for me. They were very difficult to get ahold of. They told me to wait it out and didn’t offer any other options. dr Yang is truly a wonderful doctor, more should be like her. She supportive and non judgmental and provide excellent efficient care...I always look forward to discusses all medical indiscretions (something I have never felt comfortable to do with others) with great comfort that I will be heard and that there is always a work in progress solution. The staff is friendly and very professional is always pleasant. I am grateful that she takes my insurance. I'm sure all of her patients are better for having her care.
