The reason we purchased our flooring through this company is because of Scott.
We were slightly disappointed that Supreme lacks multiple backup samples for customers to take home, limiting display to available inventory. If samples are signed out, newcomers cannot explore Supreme's full offerings.

Very pleased with Jason and Mark at Supreme. I purchased new carpet and had an issue with the install. Mark and Jason promptly got someone out to take a look and quickly resolved the issue. They are always friendly and love to support local.

I am AMAZED at the professionalism and good old "customer service" (that's very rare these days) that Tonya and Dustin (and his whole crew, Joe, George and Rick) demonstrated for our carpet installation. We have a large home with difficult nooks and crannies. We have two sets of stairs. We had an emergency family gathering at the last minute. This crew came out and worked from early morning until late in the evening. Tonya came to our house after work hours and helped design the perfect color scheme and found just the right carpet!
