“I have been going to bay valley for going on 6 years for my sheltie...Winnie.. they have always been wonderful on every level..yesterday Winnie was choking she needed to go to in immediately. They took her in got the piece of dog treat unlodged from her and she is ok..and they even took xray to insure she was ok...and then they said no charge..I am just beyond thankful...thank you Bay Valley staff thank you!!!!😄😄”
“Tina, Kristie, and the rest of the staff are so caring for our pets. We've been boarding our pets there for the better part of 20 years.”
“Janet & Crew are amazing! Patient & kind. As a 1st time pet owner, I left feeling ready to further my petmom experience with confidence. Blitz loved every moment, he was so excited at each class he though it was homey enough to relieve himself a few times. We apologize for the interruptions. Lol”
