I think the company is awesome. They were here right away. The representative‘s name was Clayton Smith. He worked so hard within three hours. He had all my flooring pulled up and hauled away. I am very impressed. This man worked like a Machine so far I’m very very impressed. He called me the next morning just to check in to tell me he was coming back out. Explain the whole process to me. Clayton Smith was very informative about every step of the way we’re not done yet, but I’m sure this will all be taken care of in a timely manner
Both Al and Steve of Paul Davis restoration were excellent to work with and understood what needed to be done to fix the damages to my bathroom. The repair and the painting of the wall and the ceiling (which were done Tim) resulted in a beautifully completed project. I will definitely highly recommend them and will be returning to them for any work I may need in the future.
Last week, we a toilet leak at our church 3 hours before a funeral. Called the office in Bay City and within 15 minutes they arrived, set up some equipment and had it cleaned up within an hour. They made sure to spray some disinfectant and anti-mold spray. Very thorough, friendly and professional crew. They came through for us on short notice and got us back in business.
