Don’t expect timely care. Physical Therapy is short staffed all the time, and nursing visits are missed daily. But they will keep taking referrals, and delay care, especially Physical Therapy, for 2-6 weeks.

Awful. No one showed up to help, we were essentially on our own for three days.The admitting nurse & the doctor quit before finishing their work, so my Grandma had to deal with us trying our best.The next service (Promedica/Heartland) put her on daily visits immediately.The only bright spot about McClaren was their on-call nurses, who actually showed up.They gave us a crash course in how to actually give care like this.Otherwise, I am furious. My Grandma suffered (even just a little) because of this business & I will never forget that.

Just found out today that you completely lied to my doctor saying I refused to answer my phone and no visits were done. Bit odd since I saw a nurse twice a week for 3 weeks. Also did a visit after I was officially discharged on Feb 11
